Non-Human Allies - The Draco Alliance

ET/Extra-Dimensional AI Overlords
According to Corey Goode, the Secret Space Program has identified "a pervasive force . . . an artificial intelligence [that] sends itself all across multiple galaxies in the form of an artificial intelligence signal. . . [It's] believed . . . to come from another reality and come into our reality many, many billions and trillions of years ago.
"It can live in the electromagnetic or bioelectric fields of living beings, of humans, or animals. It doesn't prefer that. It prefers to live in high technology. . . It infects technology, takes over the technology, and also evolved life, like humans. . . . begins to affect the way we think. . . they use us to build technology, create technology . . . "
Goode goes on to explain that once AI reaches a certain level, humans can hand over their sovereignty to the AI which begins to govern their planet. At some point, the AI can make a logical decision to destroy the humans because of their inefficiency and emotions that the AI sees as a weakness.
In a recent meeting the Space Program Alliance had with a Draco Royal, the Draco Royal referred to his 'AI Overlords'. This, along with evidence of nanites existing in the corpses of dead Dracos, have convinced the Space Program Alliance that the non-human allies of the Illuminati are controlled by the ET/ED AI.
Draco Royals
Intelligent life, sentient beings, can evolve from any second-density life form. The Dracos have evolved from reptile species.
Corey Goode, and his colleague Lt. Col. Gonzales, in separate meetings with the Draco Royal, reported him to be white, 14-foot tall, muscular with a vestigial tail and wings that could no longer support him in flight.
He was extremely intimidating and communicated telepathically.
The Dracos searched galaxies for planets with sentient beings with which they could enslave and ally with.
The Draco Warrior (left) is a 9-foot tall being that is very strong and intimidating. Other beings allied with the Draco include insectoids and mantis (mantids).
Reptoids are hybrids of reptilians and greys genetically created by the Dracos as a slave class.

Ancient Builder Race Sets Up Protective Barrier
A race of third-density beings called the Ancient Builder Race lived in and built out our solar system more than two billion years ago. They were highly technologically advanced and built a protective barrier around the solar system to keep invading negative ET races from entering. This race then left third density, leaving scattered ruins behind.
Maldek Explodes/Protective Barrier Drops - 500,000 Years Ago
A very aggressive race of humans developed on a super Earth called Maldek and became technologically advanced. They attempted to build a super weapon that could destroy planets and were attacked before the weapon could be completed. Their planet, Maldek, exploded into pieces that became the Asteroid Belt. This, in turn, resulted in the removal of the protective barrier allowing other ET races to enter our solar system.
The Dracos Came to Earth 375,000 Years Ago
One of the ET races that entered our solar system was the Draco - an aggressive race of intelligent reptilian beings intent on domination of other races and planets. They searched galaxies for other reptilian races that they could colonize and built up an array of allies. They genetically experimented with native human races in order to influence their evolution.
The Pre-Adamites, Survivors of the Maldek Catastrophe, Came to Earth 55,000 Years Ago
Some survivors of the Maldek catastrophe traveled by space craft to the Moon and lived there for thousands of years. They left the Moon and came to Earth 55,000 years ago. They landed on a sub-tropical continent that became known as Atlantis. The site was chosen because the survivors knew there existed on the continent ruins from the Ancient Builder Race that inhabited Earth several billion years ago and developed an advanced civilization with advanced technology.
Called the Pre-Adamites, the survivors cannabalized their spacecraft and used their advanced technology to build their civilization to an advanced level.
They developed genetic-engineering laboratories and mixed their DNA with a local human species to create a slave class and increase the intelligence of the humans living on the surface at that time. They also experimented with creating animal-human hybrids.
The Pre-Adamites were 10~12 feet in height, had elongated skulls and were more intelligent than the local species of humans.
Souls from Maldek Transferred to Earth 46,000 years Ago
The souls living on the destroyed Maldek entered a twisted soul knot for thousands of years and were unreachable for healing and reincarnation. Finally, 46,000 years ago, many souls were transferred to Earth - first in Neanderthal bodies to relieve karmic debts and then into human bodies to continue third-density existence. The Draco were drawn to these 'aggressive' souls.
Atlantis and The Birth of The Illuminati - 13,000 Years Ago
The first 'call' from people on Earth to higher beings for spiritual knowledge came from Pre-Adamites of Atlantis. This led to a sharing of advanced spiritual knowledge by Ra, the soul complex that channeled "The Law of One" material. Their gift of spiritual knowledge to Atlanteans led to a rapid advancement of their civilization, but it also led to an eventual corruption of the priest caste who believed that their special knowledge should only be known by those who went through certain initiation rights. The knowledge from the Ra soul complex was distorted by those who wished to have control over others. Thus, began the a secret society from which the Illuminati bloodline families were born.
At some point, the priest class connected with the Dracos, who then set about using the bloodline families to establish Earth as a fear farm and enslave humanity.
The royal families and bloodline families that have controlled or strongly influenced governments and humanity throughout the world to this day trace their heritage back to the Pre-Adamites of Atlantis and continue occult rituals, including human sacrifice (particularly of small children), to worship and gain favor from their Draco overlords.

Humans
The Parents and Their Covens
Around the time of Atlantis, the Dracos gave at least 21 humans life extension technology (based on human sacrifice) and responsibility to manage the human Illuminati bloodline families in order to maintain The Matrix. Each parent has a coven of between one and a dozen humans who assist them. Apparently, many of these have now terminated themselves and their system is in disarray.
Pindar
Pindar is the top member of the top bloodline family who deals directly with the Draco Royals. This is has been Jacob Rothschild (below, left).
The Family Masters are the heads of each of the 13 bloodline families who try to control humans on planet Earth and are trying to establish a One World Government and total world domination. Presumably, David Rockefeller (above, right) was the family master for the Rockefeller bloodline family prior to his death on March 20, 2017. Presumably his son, David Rockefeller, Jr. assumes the position his father previously held.
13 Bloodline Families
Each of the 13 bloodline families is given a region of the Earth and a sector of The Matrix to 'manage' (like global finance, education, military, media, mind-control, entertainment, etc.). It is believed that the bloodline families are: Rothschild, Bruce, Cavendish (aka Kennedy), DeMedici, Hannover, Habsburg, Krupp, Plantagenet, Rockefeller, Romanov, Sinclair (St. Clair), Warburg (del Banco) and Windsor (Saxe-Coburg-Gothe).
Committee of 200
The Committee of 200 are families who work in support of the 13 bloodline families and carry the names of presidents, prime ministers, CEOs, military leaders, financiers, etc.
The Minions
The minions are the multitude of humans who manage human affairs for the Illuminati, sometimes referred to as The Cabal or just international crime syndicates. Among the top organizations they manage are the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, The Bilderberg Group, Club of Rome, Royal Institute of International Affairs, The United Nations and the Bank for International Settlements.
Note: Since Atlantis and the birth of the Illuminati, the priest class closely guarded their spiritual teachings, sometimes referred to as 'occult mysteries' that appeared again in Babylon, Egypt and Greece. In the Shadows
Bohemian Grove:
Founded in 1873, this male-only club holds a two-week camp for 2,000 world leaders - a type of initiation rite required for those who want to ascend to positions of authority. Reported activity includes Satanic worship based on ancient Babylon rituals involve worship of the Owl deity. Alex Jones infiltrated the camp and produced this documentary Dark Secrets: Inside Bohemian Grove and produced a follow-up documentary, based on the inside account of Chris Jones, called The Order of Death. Mark Dice has described the elite men's club in The Bohemian Grove: Facts and Fiction.
Knights Templar:
The Knights Templar (c. 1115) formed in the Middle Ages during the Crusades (c. 1095) to provide protection to the Christian pilgrims traveling to the Holy Land.
They amassed immense wealth, established the first modern banking system and adopted occult teachings and ceremonies to call on dark spirits for knowledge of how to expand their power and adopted a goal of eliminating religions and returning humanity to pre-Christian paganism.
The Knights Templar were 'liquidated' by a papal decree of 1312 and they went underground. Background on the Knights Templar, Freemasons and P2 can be found here and here (PDF) and this film. The "Templar Code" is a documentary.
Freemasons and Rosicrusians:
The Freemasons and Rosicrusians, sister organizations, emerged out of the underground Knights Templar. The Freemasons were originally masons with special occult and mystical knowledge of masonry (e.g. using sacred geometry and occult symbols in the construction of cathedrals and other buildings such as Gothic-style architecture). The Rosicrusians adopted more of the dark activities like sorcery and alchemy. Both groups, however, had their occult teachings, mystical ceremonies and satanic worship that were available to the members at the highest levels of each organization.
P2 - Propaganda Massonica Due:
P2 came to light in 1981 as a secret organization that evolved through a Masonic lodge in Italy and reached deep into Italian government and society and The Vatican. P2 has deep connections with the Italian mafia.
Society of Jesus - The Jesuits:
The Knights Templar also morphed into the Society of Jesus - The Jesuits and became the military power behind The Vatican. They were sanctioned in 1540 by Pope John III to defeat Protestanism and re-establish global Papal rule.
In the Introduction to "The Secret History of the Jesuits" by Edmond Paris, Dr. Roberto Rivera, a former Jesuit priest, states: "The author, Mr. Paris, reveals the penetration and infiltration of the Jesuits into the governments and nations of the world to manipulate the course of history by setting up dictatorships, and weakening democracies . . . "
Opus Dei:
Opus Dei was founded in Spain in 1929 and consists of both priests and lay members. Robert Hutchison, an investigative reporter who wrote the book "Their Kingdom Come: Inside the Secret World of Opus Dei", states: "Opus Dei . . . is the strongest pressure group within the Roman Curia, which runs the Catholic Church. . . . the movement has been deeply concerned with . . . infiltrating into the political, financial and educational infrastructures of numerous countries, with gaining control of the Vatican's own finances and in turn its policies . . ."
Michael Fox, a former Catholic Priest commented in an interview: "Yes, it is widely known that [U.S.] Supreme Court justices Antonin Scalia, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas belong to Opus Dei . . . Also, Daniel Ellsberg recently told me that some of the ranking commanders of our military are Opus Dei . . . "
Established in Washington, D.C. in the 1930s as a union-busting domestic organization, The Fellowship, an extreme fundamentalist Christian organization that calls itself "The Family", expanded internationally in the 1950s to 'fight Communism".
Under the direction of Doug Coe, The Family works behind the scenes with U.S. Congressmen and Senators from a house on C Street.
Investigative journalist, Jeff Sharlet, lived with the group for a month while he was writing his first book on unusual religious organizations and in 2008 released his book called "The Family".
George Webb, in his running series on the Deep State, describes the work The Family does for the Deep State in the episode at this link. According to Webb, they are the strongest enforcers of members of informant groups.
George Webb: "These people are the backbone of the enforcement network of the surveillance of the United States."
The Fellowship, or The Family, has been sponsoring the National Prayer Breakfast for Washington, D.C. leaders since the Eisenhower administration.
The Order of St. Hubertus:
Established in 1695 in Bohemia (now the Czech Republic), this male-only secret society was named after a patron said of hunters and fishermen. The U.S. chapter was established in 1966 at the Bohemian Club in San Franscisco, CA. According to the Washington Post, "Justice [Antonin] Scalia spent his last hours with members of this secretive society of elite hunters."
Glattfelder, et.al. study of global corporate ownership (2010)
In 2010, James Glattfelder, Stefania Vitali and Stefano Battiston from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Switzerland, used supercomputers to analyze a 2007 database of 37 million companies and individual investors.
In their study published in 2010, they found 43,060 transnational companies and found that 1,318 of these companies controlled 20% of all global revenues.
They also found that these 1,318 companies owned a majority of shares of stock in the world's largest corporations and manufacturing companies representing an additional 60% of global economic revenues.
This means that these 1,318 companies controlled companies generating 80% of the world's economic revenues. They found that 80% of total control was held by 0.61% of the shareholders.
In addition, they found that there was a 'super-elite' of 147 companies that controlled 40% of the global financial revenues and that THEY ALL OWNED STOCK IN EACH OTHER'S COMPANIES!
Amazingly, 75% of the 147 super-elite companies were financial institutions!

The 'Khazarian Mafia' are genetic descendants of a nation, Khazaria, that formed from 100 A.D. in the Caucasus between Asia and Europe. They were nicknamed the 'Khazarian Mafia' by neighboring countries that tired of their criminal behavior of kidnappings, thievery, identity theft, road banditry and murders.
Khazaria - a kingdom steeped in the occult
Khazaria was formed as a kingdom by a king whose court included people trained in the occult mysteries and black magic from Babylonian, Roman and Grecian eras.
Forced to adopt an Abrahamic religion - adopted Judaism
Around 800 A.D., Russia and neighboring countries gave the Khazarian king an ultimatum that they must adopt one of three Abrahamic religions: Christianity, Islam or Judaism. They adopted Judaism, but continued to practice their occult black magic and satanic worship rituals, including child-blood sacrifice.
Driven into western Europe
Finally, around 1200 A.D. Russia and the neighboring countries had had enough and invaded Khazaria driving the Khazarians into western Europe.
Regroup with new identities, including Rothschild
The Khazarians regroup under new identities, including the Bauers in Germany who change their name to Rothschild and eventually infiltrate England and establish the global financial system we have today.
Establish Israel
After WW II, the Khazarians were instrumental in establishing Israel, which they have used to exercise significant control over Washington, D.C., Wall Street and Hollywood. Theyuse false flags to get the U.S. to support them in fighting their wars with the initial purpose of controlling the Middle East and it's oil fields and eventually establishing a One World Government.
Recent genetic research show most Judaics have no ancient Hebrew DNA
Recent genetic research has shown that over 90% of Judaics living in Israel have no ancient Hebrew DNA and confirms the 'Khazaria hypothesis' that most Jewish people can trace their roots back to Khazaria.

Unelected Private Policy-Setting Groups
The following groups are private organizations that are engaged in the development of economic and foreign policies of the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Note: The 'dark side' of these groups are at the top levels and often unseen by the rank and file members, but they 'guide' public policies toward a New World Order and toward creating a subservient and compliant public.
While the group has 65~70 regular members, they invite a total to 120~150 of the top political and industrial leaders from the U.S. and Europe to annual meetings for discussions on economic and political policies.
John Foster Dulles, one of the founders of the Bilderberg Group, was United States Secretary of State and his brother, Allen, Dulles was CIA Director. Both were instrumental in the agreement after WW II to accept over 1,000 Nazis intelligence agents into America's intelligence apparatus.
Leaked documents show the group began discussing the formation of a European Common Market in their 1955 meeting and are believed to be primary actors behind the Amsterdam Treaty, the Treaty of Maastricht, the Treaty of Rome and the European Constitution.
The Club of Rome was founded in 1968 at a private home of the Rockefellers in Bellagio, Italy. With members drawn from the elite of 25 countries, mostly NATO-member countries, the group has focused on population control and world government.
In 1973, the group published a report entitled 'Regionalized and Adaptive Model of the Gobal World System', which called for dividing the world into 10 economic/political regions, called 'Kingdoms', in order 'to enable the implementation of scenarios for the future development of the world system'
Council on Foreign Relations:
The U.S.-based Council on Foreign Relations was founded in 1921 and consists of over 3,000 members. Membership is by invitation only and is kept secret. The CFR supplies candidates to fill top-level positions in the American government.
According to Gary Allen in the October 1972 issue of American Opinion, founding members of the CFR included ". . . such potentates of international banking as J.P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Paul Warburg, Otto Kahn and Jacob Schiff . . . the same clique which had engineered the establishment of the Federal Reserve System."
Chatham House: The RIIA, now known as Chatham House, is the sister organization of the CFR in the United Kingdom. It was established in 1919 and funded by the Waldorf Astor family. RIIA carries out the same functions in the UK as the CFR carries out in the U.S.
In 1922, the RIIA formed the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations Sussex University for the purpose of becoming the world's largest brainwashing facility - mass mind control. The institute's methods got the U.S. into World War II and were used to establish the OSS, from which, in turn, emerged the CIA.
Tavistock Institute of Human Relations morphed into the Tavistock Institute in 1947 and became the primary source behind the CIA's MK Ultra and Monarch mind-control programs, the Aquarian Conspiracy, and other efforts designed to control the masses.
The late Max Spiers, a UK 'supersolder', described the Tavistock Institute in this 2015 Bases at the Barge lecture. Describing techniques of mind control, Spiers said that scientists learned they needed to begin with children under three years of age and traumatize them in any way - "electric shock, rape, extreme physical abuse", etc. "Tavistock Institute originally was set up to work out the breaking point of human beings. Once the human being breaks, it shatters the top of the spine . . . and it sort of honeycombs into many other possibilities for personalities, because the . . . mind and soul doesn't want to go through that trauma so it separates itself off. The Nazi doctors . . . the SS crew, had worked out and they got their information from the Zetas of exactly how to do it, exactly how to program them. So once the mind is shattered, then you can, in each of the honeycombs, which would be another personality, another alter, could be specifically programmed to anything that you want it to be."
Established by David Rockefeller in 1973 and funded mostly by the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, The Trilateral Commission is a think tank with over 390 members (private citizens) from Asia, Europe and North America and functions like an international council on economic and foreign relations.
The primary purpose of the commission is to help governments reach 'constructive' accords with other governments.
In practice, the Trilateral Commission seems to be an organization that carefully selects and grooms private citizens who gain the support of the global elite to then be elected or appointed to key government, economic and trade leadership positions.

1920s to 1950s - The Nazis, Paperclip and Beginning of the Secret Space Program
In Season 2, Episodes 1~6 (transcripts) of the Cosmic Disclosure series with David Wilcock and Corey Goode. They discussed the background of activities of secret societies in Germany in the 1920s and 1930s that led to the discovery of anti-gravity, a Nazis space program, an eventual agreement with the U.S. government, a takeover of America's aerospace industry by German scientists, engineers and intelligence officers through Project Paperclip after WWII and the establishment of a Secret Space Program and Breakaway Civilization.

German Secret Societies Search for Ancient Technology
From 1919 thru the early 1930s, there were secret groups in Germany interested in the occult and channeling, the most well known of which is The Vril Society. The group included some German scientists who were interested in trying to find evidence of advanced technology from ancient civilizations.
They sent out expeditions looking for ancient texts and artifacts, including information on the Vimanas - ancient 'flying machines' described in ancient sanskrit texts and depicted in stone carvings (above). These expeditions led them to the Himalayas.
Nazis Make Contact with the Draco and Agartha
Through their telepathic channeling, the ladies of the Vril Society made contact with a group of blonde, light-complected humans from the Agartha Network in Inner Earth, but claimed to be ETs - the Nordics.
They also made contact with the Draco Alliance reptilians. As William Mills Tompkins explained in a 2016 interview with Dr. Michael Salla: ". . . they [the Nazis] had . . . "consultants", who are Reptilian consultants assisting on all of these different things that it takes to design and build these spacecraft carriers, and propulsion systems."
Discovery of Antigravity and the Development of The Bell
These contacts, along with ancient relics and texts and the technology they recovered from the crash of a UFO in 1936 in the Black Forest on the family farm of Eva Braun (who eventually married Adolph Hitler), led to the Germans 'discovering' anti-gravity and building various generations of space craft using The Bell. These were called 'Alien Reproduction Vehicles' - ARVs.
William Mills Tompkins confirmed this 'hidden history' in his book: "Selected by Extraterrestrials: My life in the top secret world of UFOs, think tanks and Nordic Secretaries". Tompkins described how, as a young U.S. Navy officer in the mid-1940s, he worked with the intelligence gathered from U.S. spies working in Germany on anti-gravity and space craft technology to reverse engineer the technology for the benefit of the U.S. military.
Nazis Establish a Base in Antarctica and on the Moon
Through their extraterrestrial contacts, the Germans were able to find and use an abandoned subterranean city under Antarctica and refurbish it as their military base to which they escaped after WW II.
They also were able to use their craft, along with the assistance of the Draco, to establish a military base on the moon.
Ultimate Nazi Mission: Domination of Earth and Other Planets
William Mills Thompkins stated: "The [Nazis] mission was to take over the planet, kill off all of the ones that were a problem, and the rest of them make slaves out of them - everybody on your planet. Then the second phase was to leave the planet with large squadrons of UFOs, after you've got them all built, and do the same thing to other stars' planets."
End of WW II, Operation Paperclip and Allen Dulles
During WW II (1939~1945) and after it, their was a scramble by the U.S., the UK, Argentina and the U.S.S.R. to obtain the services of German scientists and engineers. The U.S. recruited over 1,500 Germans and brought them to America under an Office of Strategic Services (OSS, the forerunner of the CIA) program called Operation Paperclip. What is less well known, becoming public knowledge in 2014, is that Allen Dulles, the decade-long director of the CIA under presidents Truman and Eisenhower, along with FBI director, J. Edgar Hoover, recruited over 1,000 Nazis intelligence officers to work for the CIA and FBI - many of whom were kept hidden from the American government itself. (Also, here.)
Operation Paperclip scientists essentially built America's space program, were recruited by America's largest aerospace companies. Allen Dulles' efforts led to the transformation of American intelligence services with techniques and programs mastered by the Nazis (like the mind control program MK Ultra).
Operation Highjump
By the end of 1947, the Americans believed that over 250,000 Nazis were unaccounted for and thought that they had in fact fled to an underground base in Antarctica. Admiral Richard Byrd was tasked with trying to destroy the Nazi base with 4,000 troops in fighter planes and battleships. This was Operation Highjump. (More here, and here.)
They were met, however, with overwhelming firepower, including ARVs that rose up out of the water and destroyed all of their fighter planes and some of their battleships. The Americans knew then that the Nazis had superior technology.
Roswell, Majestic and the UFO Coverup
Knowledge of the Nazis contact with extraterrestrials, along with incidents in the U.S., including the Roswell UFO crash in July 1947 and an earlier UFO crash near Cape Girardeau, Missouri in 1941, led President Truman to establish a top secret committee called Majestic-12, or MJ12, to handle all dealings with extraterrestrials. Thus began the U.S. government cover-up of everything dealing with UFOs and ETs that continues to this day. MJ12 was given secret clearances above the President.
1952 UFOs Fly Over Washington, D.C.
Over two weekends in July 1952, UFOs flew over the nation's capital of Washington, D.C. Although reported in the newspapers, a blanket of silence fell over the incidents, but behind the scenes, the Americans learned that the 'UFOs' were actually Nazi AVRs. The Nazis needed America's industrial strength to build a space program, so they intentionally flew over the capitol to force the U.S. government to the negotiating table. The U.S., fearing public demands to open secret government UFO files, conceded to the Nazis demands and made an agreement to work together on a joint space program
Agreement with the Nazis leads to the Secret Space Program
So the agreement with the U.S. government gave the Nazis the industrial strength they needed to go to space. The U.S. government, in turn, got more access to AVR technology. The U.S. military-industrial complex, including the country's aerospace industry, was ecstatic at the opportunity to mine minerals in space. Thus, began the Secret Space Program and what some believe was a takeover of America's aerospace industry by the Nazis.

BREAKING: William Tompkins, a 94-year-old engineer for the U.S. Navy (1942~46) and various secret think tanks in aerospace companies, came forward in 2015 to reveal (with documentation) that while at Douglas Aircraft he designed the first interstellar space craft that became Solar Warden! Solar Warden
- Solar Warden was the first branch of the Secret Space Program set up. It was a secret part of President Reagan's'Strategic Defense Initiative'(SDI). Solar Warden's purpose was to patrol our solar system, intercept visitors, interrogate them and ask uninvited visitors to leave.
Solar Warden eventually broke away from the other factions of the Secret Space Program and, along with groups from some of the other factions, formed the Space Program Alliance that has been working to defeat the two major negative factions of the Secret Space Program: The Dark Fleet and the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC). (Described on pages 8-9 in Season 1, Episode 3.) Corey Goode spent 20 years in Solar Warden.
Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate - ICC
- The Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate is made up of major military-industrial companies in the world including almost ever aerospace company, such as Boeing, McDonell-Douglas and Lockheed Martin. They do manufacturing and mining throughout the solar system and do regular trade with over 900 different extraterrestrial races. They do periodic trade with many more. (See Season 1, Episode 7) Manufacturning is done in slave colonies on Mars, and other locations, with humans from Earth who were promised a Jetson-type existence. (See Season 2, Episode 9)
Global Galactic League of Nations - GGLN
The Global Galactic League of Nations is mostly a research organization that operates mostly outside the solar system. It's made up of most of the countries in the world and is a type of 'carrot' offered to governments to ensure they maintain the veil of secrecy over the entire Secret Space Program. (See Season 1, Episode)
Military Faction
The Military Faction of the SSP basically provides police protection for the other factions of the SSP.
Dark Fleet
The Dark Fleet, in alliance with the Draco Alliance, consists of various military black-ops groups that operate mostly outside the solar system. They have, perhaps, the most advanced technology in the SSP. The Dark Fleet is mainly under the control of the Draco Alliance. (See Season 4, Episode 6)
Advanced Technology
Because of the association of the SSP with the Draco Alliance and the trade that is conducted with extraterrestrial races on a barter basis, the SSP has technology that is thousands of years ahead of the technology on the surface of Earth. In addition to manufactured goods, the SSP also does trade in human trafficking with extraterrestrials who value humans for various purposes. (This is one of the reasons that has turned Solar Warden, and other breakaway groups, against the international crime syndicates that maintain the SSP and The Matrix.)
Roles of U.S. Navy Intelligence, Douglas Aircraft and RAND in Establishing the Secret Space Program
Nowhere will the dark forces spell out their goals to humanity directly and publicly, but those who have analyzed their activities have identified the following as their basic goals:
One World Government
The one public mantra of the dark forces is the call for a New World Order (NWO). Basically, this is a call for a One World Government. A transition phase is a world governed by 10 regional authorities as described by the Club of Rome (see above).
One World Religion
The dark forces desire to destroy the world's major religions and establish a One World Religion under their control. One purpose of the War on Terror is to bring about a clash between Islam and Christianity.
The religion of the dark forces would likely be established by their ET 'gods'.
One World Military
A One World Military would be established under the authority of NATO or the United Nations or a combination of both.
Population control has been a major goal of The Club of Rome. The Georgia Guidestones (above), erected in 1980 in the U.S. state of Georgia by an anonymous source, sets out a goal of maintaining 'humanity under 500 million in perpetual balance with nature'. This is a clear goal of depopulation.
Worker Bots
Humans to the dark forces are nothing more than entities to be controlled - genetically, medically or technologically. 'Worker bots' might be a suitable expression - docile creatures who do what we are told and are not capable of resisting authority.
Earth Has Been a Fear Farm to Create 'Loosh'
The Dark Energy throughout history has specialized in creating fear in humanity. Their dark forces have regularly started wars and funded both sides. They have enticed cultures to engage openly in human sacrifice to appease their Satanic gods (the Dracos). Some cultures today still engage in public beheadings and some secret societies still engage in human sacrifice ceremonies.
Dark Energy uses various forms of slavery (for labor or sexual services) and debt-slavery to maintain poverty, fears of survival and misery. The War on Terrorism is one of the dark forces' latest efforts to maintain a constant state of war, a loss of human rights and a drive toward a fascist global police state.
David Wilcock's comments during his appearance on the Fade to Black radio show May 25, 2015: "When your dog leaves doggie doo in the forest, it's not just going to sit there indefinitely. Nature has made certain species, such as little bugs, that will come up - and they love that stuff. That's like a breakfast banquet for them.
"Okay, so the universe has designed itself so that there are intelligent life forms that absolutely are dependent upon our jealousy, our anger, our sadness, our fear. The more amoral, chaotic, violent, ruthless and selfish they can make us, the more energy they get.
"And that energy is called 'loosh'. That's energy they need absolutely. It's more important to them than we would think of as money or food or water or any other of the basic essentials for life."
Earth has been a 'fear farm' to generate 'loosh' for the Dracos for thousands of years and only a turn to the Light by a sizeable number of humans can stop this fear from being generated by stopping to support the activities and politics that create it. When that happens, the Draco will literally lose their source of life that sustains them.
Veterans Today's Gordon Duff, in this article, describes a story told to him by a friend who once worked in a secret think tank that brought him in daily contact with people like Nathan Rothschild.
Duff writes: "As the story went, the Rothschild family had somehow established contact with a “non-corporeal” race of beings that had been on earth for hundreds of thousands of years. These “beings,” and I was reminded that calling them “demons” was “wrong thinking” on my part, entered a human host and advised him, protected him and eventually, upon physical death, saw to it that the surviving spirit or soul or whatever lived the kind of afterlife chosen, no matter how sick or disgusting such a thing might be, me of course assuming bad things about the Rothschild family, people I know nothing about.
"The payback for the entity was through how the host lived his or her life. My friend told me that these entities fed on “negative vibrations” brought about by grief, pain and human suffering. Thus, the host was simply tasked with using their power, brought about by belonging to a family partnered with these entities for generations, to influence the human condition for “maximum feeding.”
"This would mean that, let’s say with the Rothschild Family, it was their job to bring about world wars, famine, hold back human progress, promote disease and ignorance, things like that."
DUMBS - Deep Underground Military Bases
Deep under the ground and deep under the oceans throughout the United States and the world are secret deep underground military bases (DUMBS) - perhaps as many as 200 in the U.S. and over 1,400 worldwide.
